Product Pricing, Description & Production
Live Adventure Travel reserves the right to make any changes to the product pricing, description and production at any time.
Price can be subject to change without any notice, the current price will be quoted at the time of checkout.
Shipping Policy
All prints are fulfilled and shipped by Gelato. They use different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
Their standard packaging for prints is:
- Flat for prints up to A4 in size
- Tube for prints above A4
Some exceptions are:
- Tube with shipping roll in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
- Triangular/rectangular boxes in the US, Canada and Brazil
Shipment times vary depending on location please allow for 3 to 14 business days for your print to arrive. Please note that there may be a delay in shipment around seasonal events and/or unprecedented events.
Image Colour Disclaimer
Please note that different screens and monitors can show colours differently. Please allow for a slight shift in colour from screen to print.
Copyright
All prints are subject to copyright and can not be shared, resold or used for commercial purposes, this includes Digital Downloads which can only be used for personal purposes.
Payment
All purchases made through the shop must be paid in full before the shipment process begins. Please note that all purchases are made through Paypal and not through this website. Meaning that no credit card information is stored by Live Adventure Travel. Once your order is processed by Paypal your order is placed with Gelato for fulfilment.
Live Adventure Travel can not be held responsible in the unlikely case that the Paypal server goes down. If you suspect your print is taking longer than expected to arrive or If you have trouble making a payment please contact Laura via email liveadventuretravelprints@gmail.com.
Production and Delivery
Once Live Adventure Travel receives confirmation of your payment the production process begins.
Live Adventure Travel reserves the right to cancel your order at any time. In the unlikely event of this happening, you will receive a full refund of the product price and shipping costs.
Live Adventure Travel uses Gelato for the fulfilment of orders. Gelato has fulfilment centres in over 33 countries around the world making your purchase environmentally friendly, quick and of high quality.
Do not bend envelopes. Live Adventure Travel can not be held responsible for the handling of the prints when in transit.
Customs
International orders may be subject to paying customs fees. Any customs charges a subject to each individual country. Live Adventure Travel can not be held responsible for these charges. However, Gelato is used for all physical order fulfilment. They have 33 fulfilment stores around the world, therefore, most orders are shipped from your nearest fulfilment centre (subject to product availability).
Cancellation and Returns
It is my goal to ensure that you are happy with your product and love it just as much as I do. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, you can do so within 14 days of ordering the product. Live Adventure Travel does not offer free returns, customers are responsible for the return of the item.
A full refund will be received once a returned postage receipt is presented via email.

Products Lost in Transit
If your purchased product does not arrive 30 days after postage you will receive a full and complete refund.
